Mr. Steak’s AMAZING Hand Cut French Fries

- Slice raw potatoes into different sizes
- Blanch in deep fat fryer with oil at 375-400 until they are partially cooked and lightly browned
- Take out and put on a sheet pan, spread out evenly and cover with a paper towel for at least half an hour.
- Put back in 375-400 degree oil five minutes before you serve main course as they will only take around 5-7 minutes to be ready.
