Shipping meat and other perishable goods can be tricky business! We offer shipping via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2-Day and FedEx 1-Day to the continental United States (sorry Alaska & Hawaii!). Please read below carefully so you know when to expect your order.

Our Fulfillment Center is located in Kansas City, MO.

  • 3-Day transits ship Monday-Wednesday
  • 2-Day transits ship Monday-Thursday
  • 1-Day transits ship Monday-Friday.

Orders received before 12:00pm Central Time, Monday-Thursday will be shipped the same day. Orders with 1-Day transit received before 12:00 CT on Fridays will be shipped the same day.

When the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Once the order is delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. Please track your order and make sure someone is available to receive the box on the day of delivery.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, your box will have to be discarded due to the perishable nature of its contents and you will not be refunded. Please enter the address carefully.

You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. Shipping times shown on our website are estimates only. Actual delivery dates and times may vary.

Shipping is generally handled by FedEx, however we reserve the right to use other shipping couriers as needed. All Products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to and the risk of loss of such Products passes to you upon our delivery of the Product from the third-party courier.
