RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since we are shipping perishable goods we are not able to accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of receipt. We will be happy to review your order and determine the best resolution, which may include replacement of your order, credit on your next box, or partial/full refund.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, your box will have to be discarded due to the perishable nature of its contents and you will not be refunded.
COURIER DAMAGED DELIVERY
If there is any issue with your box due to the courier, including damage or late delivery in which you were not responsible and which warrants it unusable, we will file a claim and replace your box. Please contact customer service within one week of receipt.
Mr. Steak offers various subscription options to its customers for the recurring delivery of our products, in addition to add-on items or one-time products for sale. Our Product offerings and available Subscription plans are described on our website at the time of purchase, and are subject to change at any time prior to purchase.
When you purchase a subscription you acknowledge and consent that we can charge you on a bi-weekly, monthly, or every other month basis depending on your selected plan. We will continue to charge your card on file and ship boxes to the address you provided as long as the subscription is active.
RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION
When you purchase a monthly subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Mr. Steak or our third party payment processor is authorized to charge you on a recurring basis for the price of your chosen subscription, in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges set during the purchase process for as long as your subscription continues. Your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or terminate the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the order invoice date by emailing email@example.com or by signing into your account and cancelling. You may also pause or skip a box within your account or by emailing us.
If cancellation occurs after the invoice date the cancellation will be processed for the next scheduled invoice. You are responsible for all charges incurred with respect to any order processed prior to the cancellation of your recurring subscription.
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
By providing a credit card or other payment method you warrant and represent that you are authorized to use this designated payment method and you authorize us to charge your payment method for your one-time purchase, recurring subscription, or other purchase. You are responsible to pay all charges for all applicable orders.
